Spec Home SOLD at Bellevue on the Tred Avon

Our team has spent the better part of a year designing and building a home in the new community of Bellevue on the Tred Avon which overlooks the shores of the Tred Avon River. This boutique community was the vision of Brent Paquin's and began several years ago with the acquisition of plot of land which had been pre-devided and ready for development.

We started construction on the community spec home in 2022 and it was completed, staged, and photographed just last week. It's been fun watching the home move through the stages of construction and we're excited to say that it has, in fact, been SOLD. A settlement has been scheduled and the home will have new owners in mid-September. With the news of the sale, Paquin has initiated permitting for Spec Home #2, which is scheduled to be built on Lot D1, another beautiful waterfront lot.
