Eastern Shore, custom home builder, Paquin Design Build has been selected by What's Up Media as "Best Home Builder" on Maryland's Eastern Shore for 2024. The ballots for this title were distributed amongst the readers of the magazine at the beginning of the year where they were asked to choose their favorite businesses for Central Maryland, Annapolis, and the Eastern Shore.
Paquin Design Build was selected as the winner for the Eastern Shore region. This local custom homebuilder opened for business in 2004, building and renovating homes in the local area. Over the years, the company has grown to include 5 different divisions of service which include Paquin Design Build, Paquin Interiors, Beacon Pointe Homes, PDB Commercial and PQ Development. Each division focuses on a different specialty of the construction business, including a semi-custom division, kitchen and bath division, commercial construction division and a land development company.
