Construction on New Homes at our Waterfront Bellevue Community Continues.
Warmer weather brings better construction days and better construction days means progress. That's exactly what is happening at our new community, Bellevue on the Tred Avon. Late last month, our team broke ground on another waterfront home at lot E1 which will be the fourth home to be constructed in the community.
Homebuilder, Paquin Design Build, noted that the homeowners chose a white James Hardie siding for the exterior of the home with tones of grey and black for trim. The house will overlook a waterfront swimming pool and the Tred Avon River.
Also under construction, but farther along in the process, is another Paquin Design Build Spec Home. This 5 bedroom, four bathroom, home will be offered as a place for potential customers to view the style and quality of home construction and interior selections being offered. Bellevue on the Tred Avon's fist spec home was purchased just a few weeks after we opened it to the community. This new spec home (renders pictured below) sits on 1.5 acres and 325' of private and newly planted shoreline. Bellevue on the Tred Avon is a cluster of less than a dozen homes located just 15 minutes from both Easton and Saint Michaels in Talbot County. The community has been designed in a way that every home, whether waterfront or on the second or third tier, will have an unobstructed view of the water. The community's HOA guidelines restrict the building of any structure or planting anything over a certain height in each home's site path enabling one to get waterfront views for less than a waterfront cost. That's the magic.
With wide open water views and the town of Oxford in the distance, the view is one that can't be beat. The Bellevue Oxford Ferry is just a short walk and launches several times a day to Oxford where one can shop and eat in this quaint historic Eastern Shore town. Saint Micheals and Easton are just a fifteen minute drive. Both of these small towns are walkable, and offer outdoor entertainment, history, dining, and theatre for those that love the arts.
