Local Homebuilder Breaks Ground on Corporate Offices

Paquin Design Build, a local custom home builder has recently broken ground on the company's new corporate office building adjacent to Route 50 in Grasonville, MD. The three story building will be the future home of the parent company Paquin Design Build, and its specialty divisions, Beacon Pointe Homes, Paquin Interiors and PDB Commercial.

Paquin Interiors, a kitchen and bathroom design center will fill most of the first floor with their designer showroom— a place where customers can meet to discuss their projects, view samples and design their future spaces.

A second and third floors have been designed to house offices and conference rooms for the other three companies. Over the last few years, Paquin Design Build has diversified by offering more specialized services including Beacon Pointe's semi custom model, Paquin Interiors kitchen and bathroom remodeling services, and PDB Commericial whose focus is multi unit dwellings and commercial structures. All of these businesses, along with the parent company will do their day-to-day business from the new office building.

The rear of the building has been slotted as a "much needed" storage area to house receivables and building materials used on active projects.

Construction will continue through the Summer of 2024 with an anticipated move in date this Fall.
