  • What is included in the construction of the homes in this new community?
    - At Paquin Design Build, we start with a solid poured foundation wall - waterproofed, encapsulated, insulated, and conditioned crawl space. - 2 x 6 exterior walls - Engineered floor and roof trusses. - Hardie Plank siding - Architectural 50 year roof shingles. - Andersen 400 series windows. - 2 zone HVAC system - Backed by a 10 year structural warranty and a 1 year warranty walk through.
  • Does each homesite have its own water view?
    Yes. The community has been designed so that each home is positioned on it's homesite in a way that will optimize the view of the water. This view has been HOA protected by prohibiting any structural or horticultural improvements that would obstruct such view.
  • Do all properties have water access?
    Waterfront properties will have the option of adding piers at their shoreline. All homeowners have access to the community beach, and kayak launch which is located between lots E1 and D6.
  • Is there a HOA?
    Yes. The HOA will cover all lawn maintenance, wetland maintenance, trash and snow removal, and maintenance of private road and community beach.
