The spec home sits on one of the most beautiful lots in the community with an unbelievable view of the Tred Avon River and the Oxford shoreline. As the warmer weather approaches it will be painted with motor and sailboats and the ever present wildlife of the Eastern Shore.

Several new home plans are available to choose from. Each home offers an open floor plan with a great room that flows into the gourmet kitchen and large windows overlooking the wrap around porch and the river. The homes can be built with three to five bedrooms. Homes start at 2,300 square feet and expand to 3,500 square feet.

The community features its own private beach and kayak launch, with nearby public park with playground and marina. It is just minutes to Talbot County's favorite waterfront towns by car, bike or boat.
