(December 6, 2022) Paquin Design/Build is pleased to announce it has been voted Best Home Builder on the Mid-Shore by APG Chesapeake in this year’s Best of the Best Community Choice Awards. This is the second year in a row Paquin Design/Build has received this prestigious award and recognition.

APG Chesapeake’s Best of the Best program, widely recognized as the leading business awards competition on the Mid-Shore, polls the local community to select the best businesses and organizations in the area. Through nominations and voting, community members vote on the best businesses, nonprofits, and individuals across 150 categories.

This latest recognition from APG Chesapeake coincides with the development of Paquin Design/Build’s newest and most ambitious residential community on the Mid-Shore–Bellevue on the Tred Avon.

Located in the historic village of Bellevue in Talbot County, Maryland, Bellevue on the Tred Avon is a waterfront community that will consist of 13 newly constructed homes offering stunning views of the Tred Avon River. The new homes are designed to be energy efficient with open floor plans, high-end finishes, and a focus on outdoor entertaining and recreation.
