Groundbreaking at Bellevue On The Tred Avon

The warmer temperatures played a big roll in our team being able to hit the "go" button on the groundbreaking at Bellevue On The Tred Avon. We cleared the way for the foundations to be poured for our first two homes in this small waterfront community.

The first of the two will be our builder spec home which will soon be available for potential clients to walk through and gain a better understanding of the home's layout as well as the quality of home we are delivering. This spec home is currently on the market and the details can be viewed on the Benson and Mangold website here. The second homesite has been sold and we begin construction with a late Summer/Fall delivery in mind.
