Beacon Pointe Homes was established with one goal in mind, to deliver new homes to families seeking quality and craftsmanship while keeping budget in mind.

Stemming from our parent company, Paquin Design Build, the infrastructure was already in place. We are able to implement 15 years of construction knowledge to design and build homes that blend modern open layouts with cost savings throughout the construction process and in everyday energy efficiency. Using a proven and successful process, our years of expertise gave us the skills to design homes to be cost effective and value engineered creating a quality product that fits within a more modest price point.

Today, we are pleased to announce that Beacon Pointe Homes is offering a variety of new home designs in the community of St. Michaels Pointe in St. Michaels, MD. In this community, our designs range from 946 square feet to just under 2,000 square feet of modern, open, livable space. We offer different styles and larger footprints as well and these can be selected and built on a lot of your choice.

Our carpenters have been trained to deliver high end, quality work, and they continue in their quest for excellence with our Beacon Pointe Homes.
