Building in Anne Arundel County
Over the years we have built and remodeled homes on the Western Shore in Annapolis, Arnold, Edgewater and Severna Park.

Building on the Eastern Shore of Maryland:
Queen Annes County
With ample waterfront property in the county, we are consistently called on to assist in renovations of older homes as well as to build on single lots.. You will find Paquin Design Build homes scattered from Stevensville to Queenstown.

Talbot County
Over the last five to seven years, a large part of our business has been in Talbot County and mostly in the towns of Easton and St. Michaels. We built more than a dozen homes in the community of San Domingo Cove, a cluster of waterfront homes at the foot of St. Michaels. We took residency in the town of Easton Village as one of the developers "builders of choice" and helped them to finish out the neighborhood. We have built homes in the towns of Bozman, Cookes Hope, Thilghman, and Royal Oak.

Kent County
In 2022 we built a single-lot home in Chestertown and was then contracted with a local developer to complete the neighborhood of Chester River Landing. This community is a cluster of single family, townhomes and semi-detached homes on the outskirts of the historic district on the shore of the Chester River.

Dorchester County
In 2023 we expanded our reach to Dorchester County and built several high-end waterfront homes on opposite sides of Rt. 50. The single lot builds proved to projects that we are very proud of.
